Ok. dear blog. aka self.... cause there is no good reason anyone should be following my blog at this pint cause its so boring!
However! Exciting things have been happening.
1: i went gluten free
2: im happy
3: i've been focusing on health and nutrition and mental well being.
.... and this has been quite a journey.
So lets start with item number one. Gluten free.
that is a super scarey two word combo.
That means no wheat no nothin.... i mean, basicly wheat is in everything and although i am pretty sure i am wheat intolerant and not completely gluten intolerant, i have decided to do gluten free as it is almost easier.
I am however, trying not to make this stressful. The whole point of cutting nasty things from my diet is so that i can focus on being happy and nourished and less stressed, so if here or there the tiniest little bit squeeks through the cracks, i am not sweating it. I am not allergic.... it just does mean things to my digestion and mood and general mental health.
Speaking of which... a slight detour into things most people wouldnt know... cutting gluten has been such a hormonal change for me, that i skipped my period for a whole month..... so from febaruary to april.... nothin!
So crazy.... and of course the morning i wake up to being a woman again... there is literally the biggest fullest moon i have ever seen hovering over the city, as big as many buildings put together.
It's been a crazy ride.
2: self explanatory. My mood has been stable (for the most part) i am content, happy, supported, and surrounded by love. could it be better? that is not something i even consider!
...to be continued.... the temperature in the house is dropping... and therefore the logical thing to do is to make a coffee beverage to warm me up!
